Good to know about the software services offered by Commit Ltd:

  • By request of our customers we assess the modes of servicing most appropriate, together with them;

  • Service fees are based on service contracts, and on predetermined field-work and hourly fees;

  • Services only apply to software made by Commit Ltd.;

  • Commencement of error parrying begins within agreed time limits;

  • Field work, and servicing over phone, or TCP/IP connection;

  • Our product manager makes an appointment with You, and will be at Your service as soon as possible. He informs You about the possibilities of solving the problems concerning the hardware and software;

  • In case special development needs may arise, please inform our product manager who will forward it to our developers. If you feel it necessary, it is also possible that you speak directly with our software developers detailing your specific needs;
